SignalNest collects only the information needed to provide, secure, and support the software.

We may receive account details such as name and email, product usage and technical logs, support correspondence, and content you intentionally add to the workspace. Paddle separately processes checkout and payment information as merchant of record; we do not store complete card details.
Why we use it
We use information to activate the purchased license, provide features, maintain security, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, comply with law, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use customer workspace content to train public AI models.
Legal bases
Where applicable, processing is based on performing our contract, legitimate interests in operating a secure product, compliance with legal duties, or consent where specifically requested.
Service providers
Limited information may be processed by carefully selected hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, and payment providers. They may process data only for the relevant service and under appropriate contractual safeguards.
Retention and security
Account information is kept while the license remains active and as needed for legal, tax, security, and dispute purposes. Workspace data can be exported or deleted through available product controls. We use access controls, encryption in transit, logging, and least-privilege operational practices.
Your choices
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. You can also export workspace data from the product. Requests will be verified to protect the account.
Children and sensitive use
The product is intended for business users and not children. Do not upload highly sensitive personal information unless the product documentation expressly supports that use and you have an appropriate lawful basis.

Privacy contact details and the responsible legal entity will be inserted when the production domain is connected and before live checkout is enabled.
